"A year of fragmented collected material, cut and glued back together to find new meaning: a contemplation of the continual onslaught of time and how it breaks down, rebuilds, heals, and breaks down once more in perpetuity; an exercise in the tactile manipulation of memory over time; an ode to the disparate crushing weights of both absence and presence; a love letter to non-linear progression of self. This series of typewritten poetic prose juxtaposed over 35mm film stills is the result of two tumultuous years of gathering, digesting, and distilling experience. It spans four states, two countries, ten jobs, and innumerable fleeting moments of authentic connection with persons, places, and things."
